Woodstock North boys basketball set a program record with its 18th win Tuesday night, a 47-44 nonconference victory against host McHenry.
The Thunder (18-12) have now set the record in back-to-back seasons after finishing last season with 17 wins.
Cole Brey paced North with 20 points, including 13 in the first quarter. Rex White supplied 11 points, and Joe Chase scored nine.
McHenry fell to 5-25.
Christian Life 51, Alden-Hebron 33: At the Class 1A Christian Life Regional in Rockford, the Giants' season ended with a semifinal loss.
Mikey Ellison went 6 of 6 from the free-throw line and led A-H (5-20) with 12 points. Cody Kurcab added eight points, and Justin Gritmacker scored six.
Rockford Lutheran 89, Marian Central 58: At the Class 2A Rockford Lutheran Regional, the Hurricanes (6-25) fell in regional semifinal action.
Sycamore 54, Harvard 23: At Harvard, the Hornets dropped their nonconference game against the Spartans.
Damon Mueller topped Harvard (5-23) with five points, while Christian Rojas, Austin Kohley and Trey Amaya each had four points.
