To the Editor:
Pritzker and Lightfoot have no problem closing down the state and city services, recreation facilities, business, etc., and now want to close parks and beaches, all in the name of public safety.
Yet they never gave a second thought to closing the polling booths during Election Day, even though social distancing was promoted prior to that day.
I wonder how many thousands of voters and workers may have been infected that day. (Illinois was one of only three states that did not cancel). I guess job security was more important to the democratic candidates than public safety! Oh, the Hyprocrisy!
