Huntley man, 18, charged with three counts of car burglary

Man is a suspect in a series of vehicle entries and burglaries reported Tuesday morning

Huntley Police have charged an 18-year-old Huntley man with three counts of car burglary, a Class 3 Felony, after receiving reports of vehicle entries on Tuesday morning.

Alexander V. Manov of Huntley has been charged with burglarizing multiple vehicles, according to a news release provided by the Huntley Police Department.

Police received reports that several vehicles had been entered or tampered with Tuesday morning. The vehicles were burglarized on the 9900 block of Bedford Drive and the 9800 block of Bennington Drive, according to the release.

Huntley Police conducted an investigation and identified Manov as their suspect. According to the release, police also were able to recover some of the stolen items during their investigation.
