I'll start with the meatball. It was huge, delicious and worth the price tag. Both younger diners were extremely happy with their orders.
For the rest of us, we ordered a wide variety of entrees and were able to share them to get a multitude of tastes to go along with two house salads and a cup of pasta fagioli soup.
Our entree orders were gnocchi, with vodka sauce ($15) substituted for the standard meat sauce, farfalle ala salmone ($17) and the $10 special they now offer each day they are open, which was chicken Parmigiana along with soup or salad and Italian bread that day.
I called in around 4 p.m. on Sunday, right after they opened, to set us up for an early dinner. We stopped by around 4:30 to pick it up and it was all neatly boxed and ready to go. We paid, headed home and I was pleased at how the food and packaging held up. I put the dessert into the fridge for later, and helped dish out the main courses.
