Lake in the Hills

Brandon J. Bradford, 29, of the 700 block of Amber Road, New Lenox, was charged Monday, Aug. 31, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a breath alcohol concentration greater than 0.08, improper lane use, disobeying a traffic control signal and operating an uninsured vehicle. Bradford was released on bond.

Jim H. Gasior, 43, of the 500 block of Somerset Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged Monday, Aug. 31, with driving under the influence of alcohol. Gasior was released on bond.

Harvard

Evan D. Rice, 22, of the 1400 block of Northfield Court, Harvard, was charged Friday, Aug. 28, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a breath alcohol concentration greater than 0.08 and operating an uninsured vehicle. Rice was released on bond.

Melanie A. Alejandro, 40, of the 200 block of Freemont Street, Woodstock, was charged Saturday, Aug. 29, with battery. Alejandro was given a court date and released.

Kyle D. Ohlrich, 31, of the 1400 block of Delevan Club Drive, Delevan, WI, was charged Sunday, Aug. 30, with retail theft. Ohlrich was given a court date and released.

Charles E. Schetgen, 35, of the 100 block of North Division Street, Harvard, was charged Sunday, Aug. 30, with trespassing. Schetgen was given a court date and released.

Robert J. Bailey, 48, of the 500 block of Lindenwood Drive, Belvidere, was charged Monday, Aug. 31, with failure to give information to owner after striking an unattended vehicle and failure to report an accident to the police. Bailey was given a court date and released.

Raul B. Hernandez, 34, of the 3000 block of Wakefield, Carpentersville, was charged Thursday, Sept. 3, with two counts of aggravated battery. Hernandez was taken to the McHenry County Jail and was subsequently released.

Huntley

Diana Maldanado, 42, of the 1600 block of 14th Avenue, Belvidere, was charged Friday, Aug. 28, with battery. Maldanado was released on bond.

Marengo

Terrence J. Wilson, 33, of the 200 block of South State Street, Marengo, was arrested Wednesday, Aug. 26, on an in-state warrant. Wilson was taken to the Boone County Jail.

Diana F. Steinhauer, 37, of the 1000 block of Briden Drive, Marengo, was charged Thursday, Aug. 27, with unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Steinhauer was taken to the McHenry County Jail.

Dylan P. Bruens, 21, of the 100 block of East Forest Street, Marengo, was arrested Friday, Aug. 28, on an in-state warrant. Bruens was taken to the McHenry County Jail.

Bradley A. Beach, 36, of the 300 block of North 3rd Street, Oswego, was charged Friday, Aug. 28, with two counts of battery resulting bodily harm. Beach was released with a notice to appear in court.

Tyler S. Dierkes, 22, of the 500 block of 7th Circle, Marengo, was charged Friday, Aug. 28, with harassment through electronic communication. Dierkes was released with a notice to appear in court. Also Friday, Aug. 28, Dierkes was arrested on a Kane County warrant for failure to appear in court. Dierkes was released on bond.

Moises Ortiz-Martinez, 29, of the 1100 block of Shenandoah Avenue, Rockford, was charged Saturday, Aug. 29, with driving under the influence of alcohol. Ortiz-Martinez was released on bond.

Michael R. Golden, 30, of the 800 block of Buttonwood Court, Marengo, was charged Sunday, Aug. 30, with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding 26 to 30 miles per hour over the limit and improper lane use. Golden was released on bond.

Oscha R. Sparks, 33, of the 1500 block of School Street, Rockford, was arrested Wednesday, Sept. 2, on an in-state warrant. Sparks was taken to the McHenry County Jail.

Barbara E. Finney, 65, of the 5000 block of Linden Road, Rockford, was charged Friday, Sept. 4, with leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Finney was issued a notice to appear in court.
