Letter: Voting for McHenry County libertarian candidates

To the Editor:

This November, voters of McHenry County will have a choice on the ballot for county coroner and county auditor.

Kelly Liebmann, an 18-year resident of McHenry County and current Greenwood Township Trustee, is running for coroner.

As a former 911 dispatcher, Kelly has worked closely with law enforcement and fire departments. She has received training in police science, including criminal and civil law. Kelly has 25 years of management experience including 15 years of administration experience.

James Young is a long-time resident of McHenry County and is running for county auditor. He has a Bachelor’s degree in economics, an MBA in finance, and earned a Master of Accounting Science. James has taught finance at Illinois State University and Indiana University.

Currently, he is the Chief Financial Officer of a medical device company.

As active members of the Libertarian Party, Kelly and James are advocates of limited government, individual liberty, cutting taxes and spending, and fighting government corruption.

Both will bring knowledge and competence to their positions.

Join me in supporting and voting for Kelly Liebmann for county coroner and James Young for county auditor this November.
