Prairie Ridge junior right fielder Kendra Carroll went 3 for 4 with two doubles to lead a Wolves offense that finished with 17 hits in an 11-1, six-inning win against McHenry in Fox Valley Conference play Thursday.

There was plenty of intense drama, but no outcome as Cary-Grove and Jacobs battled through nine innings only to be stopped by darkness Wednesday tied at 6-6. They will try Thursday to finish their FVC baseball game.
